In a very large bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, Bugles, and pretzel sticks.
Spread the mixture evenly across two large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
Pour the brown sugar mixture evenly over the cereal mix on the baking sheets.
