Pepperoni Pizza Popcorn

In a large pan over medium heat, add the mini pepperoni and cook, stirring occasionally, until the fat has rendered and the pepperoni is crispy.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the crispy pepperoni from the pan and set aside, leaving the rendered pepperoni oil in the pan.

Add the popcorn kernels to the hot pepperoni oil in the pan.

Cover the pan and cook, shaking occasionally, until the popping slows to one pop every few seconds.

While the popcorn cooks, prepare the pizza seasoning. In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Pour the freshly popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the pizza seasoning over the hot popcorn.

Add the reserved crispy pepperoni and the shredded Parmesan cheese to the bowl.

Toss everything together until the popcorn is evenly coated.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
