Clean the shrimp and season with 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the frozen peas, carrots, and bean sprouts. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble until cooked. Mix the egg with the vegetables, then remove the mixture from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, including the seasoning packet in the boiling water. Once cooked, drain thoroughly.
Wipe out the skillet and return to medium heat. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter and the sesame oil.
Add the drained noodles to the skillet. Season with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, ground white pepper, ground ginger, and soy sauce. Toss well to coat the noodles.
Return the cooked shrimp and vegetable-egg mixture to the skillet with the noodles. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
Plate the shrimp fried ramen. For an extra touch, drizzle with yum yum sauce and garnish with dried parsley before serving.
Store cooled fried ramen in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of water to restore moisture and prevent noodles from drying out.
Yes. Thaw frozen shrimp completely and pat dry with paper towels before pan-searing to ensure even browning and avoid excess moisture.
Cook the ramen noodles just until tender (follow package directions), then rinse briefly with cold water and drain well before tossing with other ingredients.
Cook all components separately and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, then quickly reheat and toss together just before serving to maintain texture.
Use sliced cabbage, snap peas, water chestnuts, or additional carrots for similar crunch and freshness.
Shrimp is fully cooked when it turns opaque and forms a loose C-shape, typically 2-3 minutes per side depending on size.
