Banana Punch

Pro tips

• Use fresh-squeezed lime juice for bright acidity; bottled lime juice dulls the drink.
• Chill your glass with ice before serving to keep the cocktail cold longer.
• Shake vigorously with ice for 10-15 seconds to properly chill and dilute the spirits.
• Balance is key—if the drink tastes too tart, add a small splash of simple syrup; if too sweet, add more lime juice.

Substitutions

• Old Mr. Boston Apricot Brandy → peach schnapps (lighter, more floral)
• Old Mr. Boston Vodka → white rum (adds slight sweetness and spice)
• Fresh lime juice → lemon juice (brighter, more tart; use 1/2 oz)
