To make Bovril tea, pour hot water into a mug.
Add about 1 teaspoon of beef and yeast extract to the hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
To make Bovril on toast, start with two slices of toasted bread.
Spread a generous layer of unsalted butter over each slice of toast.
Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of beef and yeast extract over each slice of buttered toast.
Spread the extract evenly over the butter to combine.
