Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Top with minced garlic.
Pour the alfredo sauce and marinara sauce over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker and set it on a cutting board. Stir the sauce in the slow cooker to combine.
Cube or shred the chicken, then return it to the slow cooker.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until it's melted and incorporated into the sauce.
Towards the end of the cooking time, cook the pasta according to package directions. If using, prepare the breadsticks and salad.
Drain the cooked pasta well.
Add the drained pasta to the slow cooker with the chicken and sauce. Stir everything together until the pasta is fully coated.
Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley if desired.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of cream or broth to restore creaminess.

Yes, add 1–2 hours to the cooking time. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally before serving.
Cellentani holds sauce well due to its spiral ridges, but penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine are equally suitable.
Add pasta water (1/4 cup at a time) after cooking to reach desired consistency, or thin with cream or milk.
Substitute alfredo sauce with dairy-free version and use dairy-free mozzarella; marinara is typically dairy-free by default.
Cook pasta separately to al dente, then toss with the cooked chicken and sauces to avoid mushiness.
