Open the jar of pineapple spears and drain out about half of the juice.
Pour the entire packet of unsweetened Kool-Aid drink mix directly into the jar with the remaining juice and pineapple.
Secure the lid tightly on the jar.
Shake the jar vigorously until the Kool-Aid powder is fully dissolved.
Place the jar in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least one week for the flavors to fully infuse the pineapple.
Serve cold. For an extra kick, drizzle with chamoy hot sauce before eating.
