Slice the bagel in half.
Toast the bagel halves until they are very crispy. You may need to toast them twice.
While the bagel toasts, prepare the spread. In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth.
Spread the spicy yogurt mixture evenly over both halves of the toasted bagel.
Layer the shaved turkey on top of the spread.
Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Top with bread and butter pickle slices and an optional slice of tomato.
