Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom slab on a baking sheet.
Layer the bottom buns with American cheese slices, followed by the cooked and crumbled sausage, scrambled eggs, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and crispy bacon.
Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and maple syrup. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with extra maple syrup for dipping and a side of tater tots.
